Meet Courtney Ridgeway
With more than 20 years of personal experience practicing yoga and over 10 years as a certified yoga instructor, Courtney Ridgeway brings a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and natural health to her work.
Courtney’s approach goes beyond traditional stretching and yoga. She specializes in assisted stretching, Thai stretch massage, yoga, and mindful movement, creating personalized experiences designed to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, body awareness, and overall well-being.
Her passion for holistic wellness is also supported by her studies in Complementary Alternative Medicine, with a focus on herbal studies, aromatherapy, and natural health. This education has deepened her understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and natural approaches to wellness.
Courtney believes wellness should be accessible, nurturing, and personalized. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release everyday tension, and make movement and self-care a meaningful part of their lifestyle.
Whether through an assisted stretch session, Thai-inspired stretching, or yoga practice, Courtney is passionate about helping people move more freely, feel more balanced, and reconnect with their natural sense of well-being.
